Simion Nicolas

Nicolas Simion

Nicolas Simion is one of the most innovative musicians on today’s scene. A growing audience is observing his development as he is finding his way to the musical “Olymp”. With musicians from different countries of the Balkans in his band he creates wonderful, almost spiritual, ballads as well as wild and fiery carpathian dances.

Costel Nitescu a genuine virtuoso of the violin

Appointed First Violin of the Bucharest Radio orchestra at the age of 16, particularly brilliant in the Central European traditional repertoire, he excels at Manouche. His sense of swing and his improvisatory skills make him a true heir to Stéphane Grappelli.
